Due to the nature of the product, we cannot process a return. However, if you are unhappy with your soap or with your Turnbo Hollow Natural products, please contact me directly and I will do my best to assure your satisfaction.

Once tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to order.  If the shipping address given is incorrect and is returned, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for new shipping.

Flat rate shipping of $9.50.  I ship USPS Priority or First Class. At this time I only offer shipping within the US.
Shipping overages on First Class shipping will be refunded.If you are local to me, and arrange for a pick up, use coupon code FREEPICKUP

Our Soaps are handcrafted with quality ingredients specifically chosen to ensure a long lasting, moisturizing and cleansing bar of soap. Handmade in small batches in  Middle Tennessee. Our soaps are individually cut by hand, while we strive for our bars to weight 4 oz per bar, there might be a slight variation in size and color. 

Our soaps are cured for at least 6 weeks to produce a good, hard, long lasting bar of soap. We recommend you keep your soap bar in a dry, ventilated area and allow the water to fully drain after each use.
